Had my first ever home-made Muah Chee (Glutinous Rice Balls coated with Peanut Sugar) prepared by my mother’s former helper, Loren. She told me the recipe is very easy and I was inspired to try out. Indeed, there wasn’t much steps and I followed the youtube recipe here.
All you need is Glutinous Rice, Water, Grounded Peanut and Sugar.
Served this on Monday after a home cooked dinner.
