Papa Chef: Sushi

Saturday dinner was sushi. I prepared sushi rice while hubby and daughter during their afternoon nap.

For the ingredients, we have kani(snow crab meat) and tamago (egg). Bret asked me to wake him up so he can season the cooled sushi rice with vinegar powder mix.

When the sushi rice was ready, we showed Leia how it is like to make sushi and involved her in the fillings.


The greedy little girl was more interested in the well-seasoned sushi rice so Bret took over.


Bret and Leia are sushi-lovers for tamago and crabstick. And we have the whole plate for dinner.


Side dish was pelican wings.

An enjoyable homemade dinner.
