For the first time, Bret joined us for Baby Chef moment. While I heat the milk, butter and golden syrup, Leia and Bret sift the flour.
It was Bret’s first time and I told Leia to demostrate to Bret.
After the milk mixture was cooled, I add the flour and sugar. Bret stirred the batter and Leia greased the mini tin.
Into Air-Fryer at 160 degree celcius for 40-45mins. Smelling good.
The texture is similar to scones and has a hard texture on the outside.
Can be microwaved to soften the loaf before serving.
After baby chef, I did housework and then cut some fruits to end our saturday night.
We sure had a fulfilling weekend.
