Together with Best Friend B, we baked Hei Mama Egg Tart for the afternoon. Recipe can be found at Small Small Baker. Supposed to do Pandan cake together, maybe next time.
We used Philips Jamie Oliver Food Processor to make the dough. After the dough was done, we chilled it in the fridge for about 30mins.

B helped me to wash and dry the new tart casings with oven.
Seated at the dinning table, we floured the surface and mould the dough into the tart casings.
Next, pour in the filling and ready to bake!
Right after the tarts entered the oven, B rushed off to pick her daughter from school. Shevon has a photoshoot with BabyU. 17 minutes later, my freshly baked Egg Tarts.

My family enjoyed the tarts and seeing the pictures make me want to bake tarts again. Baking the crust from scratch is fun but its the washing that make me hesitate. Friends of mine bought Frozen Pastry Roll and Disposable Tart Casing for ease.
