Baby Chef: Spring Onion Pancakes

Leia asked to make pancakes for breakfast and yes, in my plan.. except its a chinese recipe.

Here is my girl using chopsticks to stir flour into water.


Spring Onion Recipe

1. Mix 225g of Flour with 150ml of warm water and knead the dough.
2 Set the dough by covering the bowl for 10mins.
3. Roll the dough our into round shape and apply oil on the flattened dough.
4. Sprinkle salt and add cut spring onions onto the dough.
5. Divide dough into pieces.
6. Heat oil and fry the dough pieces until both sides are golden brown.


My side dish for weekend lunch. Had the wings marinated the entire night and topped pork floss on my second attempt for 黄金炒饭 fried rice.


Simple and blissful for three of us.
